1. Return Eligibility

You can apply for a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description or images shown on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items bought during sale or clearance
  • Products that show signs of wear or physical damage
  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account
  • For COD orders, refunds will be credited via UPI or bank transfer

4. Exchange Policy

You can exchange your product for:

  • Another size (if applicable)
  • A different design (price difference will apply)

Exchanges are processed only after the returned product is verified.

5. Return Shipping Details

  • Return pickup is available for selected locations
  • If pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item back to us
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and you may request a return after delivery.

7. Product Damage Claim

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Share an unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
